Position: Production Supervisor (Process)

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or degree in Food Industry, Agroindustry, Food Industry Technician, or related fields
– Demonstrable experience of at least two years in similar positions in agroindustrial companies
– Knowledge and experience with the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system
– Communication and interpersonal skills
– Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
– Problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in continuous improvement tools
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and email

Duties:
– The main focus is to supervise and control the daily production process, ensuring established quality standards and verifying time and costs throughout the process.
– Train and educate operating personnel, both new and existing, to achieve maximum levels of productivity and efficiency.
– Supply raw materials to processing lines.
– Ensure the safety of manufactured products by implementing operational sanitation procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices.
– Contribute to the ZERO FOREIGN MATERIAL reduction program.
– Report substandard conditions and events (hazards) within production lines.
– Issue daily production reports.

– Willingness to travel: Yes (position in Casma – Ancash)
