Position: Quality Coordinator (Casma Plant)

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s or university degree in Engineering, Agroindustry, Food, Food Science, Chemistry, or related fields
– At least two years of experience in supervisory, coordinator, area manager, or department head positions
– Knowledge and experience applied to the production of frozen products (avocado, strawberry, mango, pomegranate arils, etc.)

Duties:
– Ensure quality assurance controls for the production of frozen foods for human consumption
– Supervise compliance with controls in key and critical areas of the process
– Provide induction and training to new staff
– Comply with the protocols established in the HACCP manual and prerequisite programs
– Manage microbiological monitoring with the respective department for products, surfaces, environments, equipment, handlers, and water
– Monitor production programs to ensure compliance with customer specifications
– Manage label approval (bags, boxes, pallets)
– Monitor the management of approved suppliers (sampling of materials and supplies)
– Ensure compliance with daily production registration and documentation (traceability)
– Other skills required by the position in coordination with the area manager

Salary:
– Payroll: S/3,300 – S/3,500 Gross under the Agrarian Law
